Nicola was able to target specific areas whilst checking that the pressure was ok.  I really prefer a very firm touch and often find therapists didn't dig deep enough. Nicola, however, was just perfect.  I immediately felt a lot better and along with some stretches she gave me to do at home I got back to my normal self a lot faster than I ever have before.  I would highly recommend Nicola for her knowledge and very professional manner.  I felt comfortable at every step of the way."
